Q. What type of environment are the blankets made in?
A. The blankets are made in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. The blankets are also cleaned before they are shipped to you.
Q. How long will it take to get the blanket to me?
A. Depends. All orders will be mailed USPS Priority Mail. Typically this 3 to 5 days. In addition as noted on the home page it depends if we have the blanket previously made. If we have the blanket complete it will be sent out the next day after confirmation of the order. Otherwise depending on the style selected it will take up to 10 days to complete the blanket. Shipping Costs $6.00 for the first blanket and then $3.00 for each additional blanket beyond the first.
Q. Do you do custom blankets beyond the multi-colored blankets?
A. Yes, I am willing to do custom orders. The price is something that will need to be discussed. Feel free to use the contact us page and we can discuss what you need and the cost.
Q. When am charged for the purchase of the blanket?
A. I will not charge you for the blanket until it is shipped
Q. How do I know what blankets are available at this time?
A. I am planning on creating a gallery that will showcase both the available blankets and one that shows the blankets that I have made. This will take a little more time to get up and running so be on the look out for it.
Q. How do I checkout?
A. I use Google Checkout, so follow the directions once you are done with your shopping.
Q. When checking out can I check the box to hide my email?
A. At this time I would ask that you allow us to see your email. The reason that I ask you to do this is to allow us to communicate with you about the status of your blanket. I will not add you to my address book unless you want me to. I will not sell, give away, etc your address to anyone. I promise that you will not be spammed by giving your address to me.
